The Bamza Studios and Bamza names, characters, artwork, and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use, pass them off as your own, or use them in ways that suggest we endorse something we don't. Press and content creators are welcome to use screenshots and materials to cover our games.
Each game we release has its own terms/EULA on its store page. Those apply to the games; this page only covers the website.
We may link to other places (like Steam). Those sites have their own rules and privacy practices, and we're not responsible for them.
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from using this site.
If we update these terms, the new version goes live on this page with a new date at the top.
