Privacy policy
No cookies. No trackers. No ads. No analytics. That's the whole story — the long version below just spells it out.
Effective date: 24 July 2026
bamzastudios.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no comment boxes, no analytics scripts, no advertising, and no social media trackers. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about visitors — adults or children.
There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies.
If you play with the light switch or lava lamp on this site, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. That preference never leaves your device, is not sent to us or anyone else, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
If you write to hello@bamzastudios.com, we'll see your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it only to reply to you. We never sell it, share it, or add it to any mailing list you didn't ask for.
We make games for kids, so we hold ourselves to the strictest reading of children's privacy rules (like COPPA in the US and GDPR in the EU). Our approach is simple: this website collects no personal data from anyone, which includes children. There is nothing here to consent to.
This site is delivered by a hosting/CDN provider, which — like all web hosts — processes visitors' IP addresses for security and to deliver pages. We don't receive or keep that information.
Each game we release will have its own privacy details on its store page (for example, on Steam or a mobile app store), because platforms and features differ. Our standing promises across every game: we never sell personal data, and we never build advertising profiles of children.
If we ever change how this site works (say, adding a newsletter), we'll update this policy first and change the date at the top.
